Otto Hoyer Pariser Microphoto Violin Bow, 1945, Germany

This Hoyer is a fantastic player. Made on a Voirin/Vuillaume inspired model, the stick is sprightly and nimble with an excellent balance point for off-the-string passage work. It draws a very clear and articulate sound that is robust in nature. A very French flexible-but-sturdy feel.

The bow also has a stanhope lense built into the frog's eye that depicts the maker in his workshop!
