Joseph Rene Lafleur Violin Bow, Paris, France Mid 19th Century

*SOLD or NO LONGER AVAILABLE * Please see violin bows tab for current inventory listings

Son of Jacques Lafleur and also his pupil. Joseph was a very clever workman and produced bows which, at his best, can rival those of François Tourte. Like Pajeot, Lafleur experimented a lot with style and design.

This particular example is made of amourette and possesses incredible tone and feel from the classic French school. Elegance and strenth with a warm and ample tone.
