A remarkable silver mounted cello bow made by French bowmaker, Clémence de Lartigue. With great style of her own that is inspired both by her contemporaries and historical masters, she blends a uniquely performing bow that will satisfy both connoisseurs and the most discerning musicians. The bow is 79.5 grams, and plays with an smoothly rich and energetic tone, that has nimble control, along with a supple feeling that provides stability and security.

About: Clémence de Lartigue is an award winning maker based in Lorient, Brittany. In 2023, she took part in her first competition, in Mirecourt, with a viola bow that won a gold medal for its craftsmanship and the "musician's prize" for quality of play. She maintains, restores and creates bows. Clémence de Lartigue began her making journey with an apprenticeship with Gilles Duhaut, master archetier in Tours. She then completed six years with the renowned Yannick Le Canu in Lille, performing the maintenance, the high restoration and tailor-made creations for the greatest musicians. With this solid and rigorous experience, she commits herself now to the creation of bows, to always serve Music and Musicians, uncompromisingly and with passion. She also works in Paris, with the CLAC Contemporary Luthier Collective.
