Upon rental checkout and payment, client agrees and is bound to the following statements below: Rental commitment is set at $300 (6 months x $50 per month) and a $115 materials and set-up fee totaling $415.
Insurance: unless the optional insurance is selected, rental items returned damaged (cracked), marred, worn, will either incur repair fees, or in the case theft, misplacement, or major damage, the client will have to pay partial or full valuation of item(s) of the instrument(s) for a replacement. With insurance, minor repairs are waived however major damage will incur the stated deductible amount to cover replacement or major repair. This determination will be made at the discretion of Bay Fine Strings.
6-month minimum commitment to begin, 3 month or 6 month extensions afterwards, instruments may be swapped out for another size if available, with a new materials fee charged. This 6 month deposit is accruable towards the purchase of a Bay Fine Strings instrument if traded in to a golden gate model or better cello at the conclusion of rental.
Extensions are made on first 7 days of the month, and will incur a $5 late fee per week if made later than that.
It is the responsibility of the client to purchase or return item(s) to Bay Fine Strings at an agreed time to the San Jose storefront shop location, or San Francisco area studio if an initial remote viewing was made, whichever is more convenient for both parties. This meeting communication made must be arranged with Bay Fine Strings before rental period end to firstname.lastname@example.org
If rental is found to be unavailable, you will be immediately notified and refunded.
