A very fine EA Ouchard violin bow, 62 grams, Octagonal, dense and finely graduated stick. Made in Gan, France, 1963 stamped 63 and 20 under the frog. One of the finest and most sought after 1st half of the 20th century bow makers. Highly resonant extremely fine pernambuco one would find in the greatest historical 19th century bows, with a dark, rich, focused sound, with a strong tonal projection and highly reactive, acrobatic handling characteristics.
